Crank In fun in Ingersoll

A Gathering of “Crankers”

Last Saturday was a small Crank in in Ingersoll (Ontario). There is a small community of “crankers” who gather a few times a year to help each other learn about their crank sock machines. Many of these machines are antique but Gil (one of the organisers) also sources new machines as well.

Here’s Jane (below right) – who won one of the door prizes, which happened to be a skein of my hand-painted Silk & Silver sock yarn.

Hi Candi – I don’t have the Border Collie kit any longer. Deb Wilson at Sheep’s Ahoy may still have the pattern if you want to check with her.
    Cheers, Lyn
